Sergeant

“Being a Frederick County Government employee has been a blessing in many ways. The benefits package alone has been great for my family. We use the HSA high-deductible plan allowing us to save and roll over money additionally each year. The insurance plan I have zero complaints about. Each year when it is time for open enrollment if a change needs made and/or updated, the system is simple and easy to use. Since day one, I’ve taken advantage of the deferred compensation program. The application on my phone is also safe, secure, and easy to use as well. These are just a few examples I have highlighted, but overall, my family and I couldn’t be more thankful for the benefits we get to enjoy being a part of the Frederick County family. ”
